Dried porcini mushrooms provide an intense meaty richness of flavor.  
Cooking instructions: soften dried mushrooms in a bowl of hot water for about 20 minutes. When tender, drain, rinse and prepare. You can reserve the flavorful liquid for cooking. Dried porcini's can also be blended into a powder and used for seasoning. Incorporate these mushrooms into a variety of preparations for meat, risotto, sauce and soup.
